Victorian Nautical Candlesticks
These flared and weighted brass candlesticks date to the later half of the 19th century. They likely found home abourd a grand ship where the seas were rough, and required the best equipment of the day. This pair of candlesticks also sport a adjustable feature, allowing the user to move up the candles as they burn down. They are every bit as functional today as they were a century and-a-half ago and would make for very stylish alfresco dining on land or sea.
